No excuses

Months of lockdown, summer bbq’s and a taste for rose...... but when clothes stop fitting it’s time to stop making excuses. Today i visited the gym for the first time in six months.

Covid means that you have to book a slot and all the machines are far apart but I was pleased I made the effort. The weather was glorious when I got home so spent a couple of hours in the garden. I think I will ache tomorrow!
