The last day of Summer

Unseasonably warm day!
A bonus!
Tried to run a quick 5k to post as my entry for the OU Virtual Tour. Fast enough to make me cough all afternoon but not quite as fast as I had hoped. I could have another go before the end of the month but don’t really fancy it!
In the afternoon we went to the beaches - pretty busy and rather hot!
At the end if the afternoon, as it rapidly started to cool, C went in for a swim!
The lifeguards then announced that this was the last day of cover. The end of the Summer!
