Time to Learn a New Skill

Pickle making...this living off the land malarkey is hard work.
Picked 3kg of green tomatoes and probably left another 2kg on the plants just in case they still ripen.
Sliced up, salted and mixed with onion ready to process into chutney tomorrow... I dont think I even have a big enough pot and not sure have enough jars either for 2kg of chutney!!!
I might try pasta sauce with the rest
