Starling Spa

Following the torrential rain of the last few days our road now has many puddles. The temptation was too much for the local starlings, half a dozen of them were taking it in turn to have a good old splash about amid a lot of screeching.

Visited my dear friend Mrs Toad so as to have a nice chat and a gentle stroll down to her side of Red Wharf Bay. The sun was out, the temperature was slightly higher at 7 degrees and it felt very pleasant. It is still a very high tide Mrs Toad took a lovely photo of the bay and a few feathered friends! There are still a lot of large ships moored near the bay, they have been there for about a fortnight.
