Tiny Stuff on the Ground

After a splendid winter of fungi I didn't think there was any left but on looking down for a macro for MaryElizaR's challenge today I spotted this.
It was tiny and the sun rather glary so difficult to get a very good shot but I liked the way the random composition worked out.
We've had a nice day with Carmel and Maurie. Took them for a drive through the "new territories" (areas we've opened up out the back since the fires and during the pandemic) this morning.
