Day 1984 a work in progress

My daughter sent me this remembrance  panel and I have made it into a wall hanging -  well, almost. The top band and loops need sewing on and then each square needs sewing g around. But I cannot do that till son in law comes next as my quilting matching is clunking. I hit a pin and bent the needle and even with a new one it clunks so not sure what I have done to the works under the plate.
Chiropractic this morning followed by shopping in M&S for new slippers as the ones I bought in lockdown have fallen  apart. Not happy with that. A bit of gardening and this evening I have a zoom Bible study.
