Relief

Early this year we got stung for a water bill of over a thousand pounds and I have still no idea of how. There was however not much choice and so I had to pay. 
This year we have yet to turn the town water on as our source has kept flowing and I pleased to see the reading is exactly as it was at the end of March when I last looked, Still makes that last bill even more curious (and expensive!)
