What big eyes you have.

We decided to start the day with our Lockdown walk. Interesting to see how things have changed since we did it a few weeks ago.
The countryside is gradually turning from Summer to Autumn.
Back home and sat outside in the garden with a cup of coffee.
Surprised how warm it felt in the sunshine.
Lots of hover flies about, and bees buzzing.
Disappointed I didn’t see any butterflies.
The Sedum, Autumn Joy, was providing a feast for them all.

After lunch we drove to Halifax to collect our order from Sainsbury’s.
They had everything I ordered, including stocking up on wine as there was 25% off if you purchased 6 or more bottles.
So easy, and the staff are always helpful and cheerful. Excellent service Sainsbury’s. Thank you.

It has been a beautiful day, but unfortunately that sounds as if will be the last for a while.
