This growing lark is tough...

So... today they changed my naps at creche

It's a long story but, in an effort to get me sleeping more at night I was having a nap later in the day so I could stay up later and in theory sleep all night. And I have been sleeping better at night (because I'm a good girl), and so yesterday the nice creche ladies asked if they could go back to giving me a lunch time nap like all the other kids since I'm always trying to fall asleep then and they keep waking me up. Mama and papa said yes.

This meant when they came to pick me up tonight I was completely and utterly shattered and could barely keep my eyes open long enough to get into pyjamas, let alone a bit of a play, supper and stories!
I just crashed out.

They should be prepared this means I will probably start my day at 3am. Watch out!
