...We are giving ourselves some ‘time out’ and making an effort to have some much needed days ‘out and about’.

This morning was taken up with one of the Elderlies needing paramedics and a trip to A & E, but despite all the worry he was sent away, having been topped up with fluids.

So, once we could relax again, we took a trip out, and had a very long walk.
