2 flowers after 5 months.

Black eyed Susan’s , my least successful seeds this year! Planted at the beginning of April, very few germinated and the seedlings were weak looking. I kept one pot and was just about to put in the compost when I noticed two buds so I waited another few days and...two flowers. A very poor return after over five months of tlc, not at all cost effective. I’ve grown them lots before and had really strong plants with lots of flowers so not sure why these were so poor....maybe just poor quality seed?
