British/ Med Fusion?

(Looking back to Oeilduchat's recent blip) or just brunch? A 2 egg omelette, filled with ham, tomatoes, onions (spring) and mushrooms. With a sprinkling of cheese on top. Does that make it a Spanish omelette? Dunno but with a slice of toast its a very good brunch.
