....sitting on a rock on the beach just off the coastal path. A few minutes later I got wet feet when I misjudged the incoming tide; my wife laughed. I squealed. Earlier we ate sandwiches on bench looking across the bay. What’s not to like? Great day for #wellbeing. And another covid19 safe one.

Hundreds more coronavirus cases in Scotland and across U.K. today - many here are student tests working through the system; there’s been a backlog at U.K. laboratories. Also learned that a young friend was tested and results confirm he’s positive.
