Donation Day

Mum and Dad went to the Blood Donor Session in our local Community Centre this evening, it was their second time donating so they got a special badge. Mum and Dad are both O- so that means I'm O- as well. Mum said it's very important that they give blood as O is the most frequently needed blood group in Scotland (just over 50% of the population) and as O- can be given to most people it can be in in short supply (only 8% of the population are O-).
