"My place in the sun"

This Black-backed Jackal (Canis mesomelos) looks very relaxed and at peace in his patch of early morning sunshine.

It has been a long road to reach this milestone, my first blip having been on 12th August 2011. blipfoto.com/entry/1334923  , with a fair amount of irregularity on my part during the intervening years.
