Late September sunshine

This should have been posted for 29th not 30th (backblip!) What an amazingly warm & sunny day it was today in Grange over Sands.

Perfect for a walk along the promenade, lunch al fresco and a visit to the chocolate shop & second hand bookshop.

Too many photos to blip, so I made a collage of some of the memories of the day: the vanilla slice made to a 70year old recipe, the Jasmine tea ceremony, the bar headed geese, a mandarin duck, the park & pond & the clock tower & church.
