Coming Down

One of the roads on my cycling routes was closed today to cars, but not bikes.   It's because of a big demolition job, I wonder what is going up instead-student accommodation, luxury flats?  I would love it to be some social house or affordable rent flats-but it probably won't be.
Work was good.
