A tree lined avenue

It has been rather miserable at times during the day but it hasn't been as bad as forecast.

A morning of shopping, visiting the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice charity collection depot, and needing a little exercise I walked round the Heritage Park Loch. The latter was really quite interesting ..... the male Mallards have returned, not a goose to be seen but there were at least two dozen Little Grebes ducking and diving in the middle of the loch. They are so small and move so quickly that getting a decent photograph is impossible for me.

Out for lunch with a friend as that is the only way we can meet up at the moment. The lovely avenue of trees leads from the car park at The House for an Art Lover (where we had lunch) down to the main driveway.
