Thirsty work

Awoke to a bright, sunny day here in East Sussex and wandered around the  garden which, like most at this time of year has few flowers left. There were some wasps and bees around in the vegetable garden area - were there is also a little pond where I watched as the insects came down to drink.  I also saw a red dragon (?) - did not get a shot of it flying but got a pretty picture on a rock!

Huge apologies but we have not had internet or home phone for the past three days; it came back on at 7.00 pm tonight! I have far too much catching up to do.
