Surprise

Valentine's Day,and a totally unexpected bouquet. Not bad after almost forty-two years of marriage,but daughter scorns flowers and asks her boyfriend for a helium balloon,as well as the Indian meal he's already arranged. It puzzles me how anyone could prefer a garish,gas-filled foil envelope to these beauties.
