Puncture!

I decided to take Electric Eric out for a spin as he's not been out since mid-July. How did he reward me for neglecting him? As you can see from the photo, he rewarded me by showing his disgust at being sidelined. I felt deflated!

Also, if I kept him a bit cleaner this wouldn't be the result of having to change a tyre. Fortunately I hadn't got far from home so I was able to walk back and fix it there. It was the front wheel, which is much easier to deal with than the back but still needs a bit more effort than a normal Brompton due to the motor. 

The puncture was due to a particularly evil thorn that had managed to make its way through a Schwalbe Marathon Plus, which was quite a good effort on its part!
