Last look before home

It is farewell to Chester!  It has been great to have a change of scene, but it is time to go home.

We took a final walk along the Shropshire Union Canal to the centre of Chester.  I am going to miss this scene.  (The holiday abode was just before the blue topped water tower in the distance.)

I took a picture of the WHS (W H Smith) sign in the centre of Chester.  It was the one sign that looked really in keeping with the old shop frontages there (extra photo).
