LOOK AT ME! I'M IN A CAR!!

Seriously though, this is the first time I've been in a car since March, and only the 2nd time out of the flat since I came out of shielding.

I had planned on walking to the pharmacy to get my meds (it's about 20 min round trip) but when I was getting ready to leave I could feel the start of a panic attack, so dad drove me. 

I've spent 3/4 of my life dealing with anxiety, panic attacks, and agoraphobia, so the anxiety of being in lockdown, albeit local, adds another delightful layer excitement to my day.

And I really didn't want experience a panic attack whilst wearing a face mask *shudders*
