Flat calm

Apparently there is a torrential rainstorm on the way but for today it was lovely and bright (if a little cool).
The dogs had a splash and a swim and we blew off a few cobwebs.
All getting way too fraught at work. Workload going up, complaining going up, workforce dropping out due to stress ...

It is going to be a horrible winter.
