Whitchurch v Hamble

This was some kind of leaving do, I guess as it was my last day at work.  The only fixture vaguely near the office saw Phil at work, Richard and I meet up in Whitchurch (halfway between Winchester and Newbury) for this Wessex Cup game.  Hamble had the advantage of the massive slope in the first half and went into the break one up.  Richard thought they were by far the better team and would coast to victory, but I thought they would have looked more comfortable with a second.  As it happened, very much against the run of play, Whitchurch managed an equaliser and then Hamble imploded with two of their players directed to the sin bin for dissent towards the referee.  Against nine players, Whitchurch asserted their authority and ran out comfortable 4-1 winners.  The life lesson is not to mess with the referee.  When will they learn!
