Light the smoker

Pollen and nectar are available the bees just need some good flying weather.
One hive is queenless so I have united with another hive and consolidated precious food stores.
The two colonies have a newspaper barrier to avoid a massacre. By the time they break through the barrier they should not fight to much. The queens pheromones will control all.
