The Hand

was a 1960 Horror film.
As this is a still attached  to my arm it's not going around 
strangling people.
It's not turned darker as I followed Nurse Janet's advice.
Underneath is black and blue.I'll live !!!
On my dog walk this morning around the allotments I noticed the armchair has vanished.
Next I went to the Supermarket,came home to iron.
Now I'm "Busy doing nothing" tra la la.
