Beer tasting

Had a little beer tasting evening with two friends. We bought a dozen beers, some of them familiar, some of them unknown, and rated them and tried to decide which brand it was. Needless to say it was an excellent evening :D We were quite bad at it, one of us (the best) guessed 3 brands right out of 12. I only had one right, but that was one I intensely dislike (Amstel, for those who know it) so I'm satisfied. It's really hard to recognise the different brands, I only recognised them in a very general way and tended to grade the brands I'd normally say I'd prefer higher than unknown or not so nice brands.
