Day 276/20. Who knew?

Who amongst us knew the image of Queen Elizabeth II on the UK £20 notes had catchlights in her eyes?
And what is that flash of orange on one corner of her nose? A security feature perhaps? It seems a bit of an unfortunate choice.... :)
