Some locals have bitched commented that it's in the wrong place (the sculpture, not Kettwig) presumably thinking it should be on the other side of the river in the little 'sculpture park', but instead it's here - adjacent to the old textile factory (now trendy apartments) perfectly positioned if you ask me.
