Paused Shielding - Day 63

A long-legged visitor who sort shelter from the storm today!

Storm Alex arrived overnight, bringing gales (blew over garden pots and brought my grape vine down) and heavy rain that hasn’t stopped all day. We now have an Amber Weather Warning for torrential rain and floods that runs until 6pm on Sunday. Oh well, at least I won’t need to water the garden for a while!

So an indoor day, and no more excuses for not getting on with the mountain of ironing that I’ve been saving for a rainy day. Three hours and two films later, the ironing was complete!
