Looks can be deceiving...

This rather painterly looking Blip.. was taken on my way back home this afternoon..

Pouring rain, busy main road and a road sweeper and his cart.. a pretty dreary scene...

But... taking a long exposure on the phone and walking at the same time has resulted in an interesting effect..
