Being a diabetic, chocolate is pretty much a non starter according to the nurses.
It appears though that I have been able to have my cake and eat it. I’m not saying this would work for everyone but as I’ve chopped my blood sugar levels in half during lockdown I’m guessing that my choice of chocolate may have something to do with it. It used to be milk and as much as I could put into my mouth as I could.
All of a sudden I have become an adult!
Moser Roth from Aldi at 85% is my chosen one. The packaging has little bars which makes it ideal. One little bar lasts about 4 days.
Moving on to Marks and Spencer 100%. You only need a piece the size of a 5p to hit the spot. Anymore and you dive for water to swallow it. I think the clue is on the wrapper “intensely bitter”
That’s my review of strong dark chocolate.
Sweet dreams but not after dark chocolate lol.
