I was sent this - a dongle thingy to give me internet whilst BT sort out their mess.

It worked fovea bit and then this evening nothing. It works on 4g as I’m sure everyone knows but where I am mobile signal is rubbish.......it’s time to get serious and contact the Ombudsman budsman.
