What a miserable day. Felt like November.

Flu jab this morning. Arm now sore and body a little achey, but it will pass.

Long chat with Carys at lunchtime about the fact that she needs to work faster. She works hard, but is so meticulous she just isn't getting through stuff fast enough. She took it on board and we are trying ways of getting her to be quicker.

Will got wet twice tonight, once at tennis, then an hour later at hockey. At hockey he was keeping so the kit got wet too. He brought it home with him to dry out.

Carys went to London for ABA. I got wet collecting her from the station. Full waterproofs were worn as the car was up at hockey training.
