Hello and Welcome

These 18 week old hens are coming to live at my nephews place.  They are on the point of lay and Lucy who delivered them said she had gathered some eggs from them already.  My nephew sells eggs from his farm shop.  
Our drive down to Christchurch was easy but the weather was wet for half the journey so no photos were taken.
We visited my sister in Burwood Hospital where she is recovering from spinal surgery.  She looks very bright and I feel confident she will go back to her living in her own home .
