It's a Wonderful World

Today was a very happy day.
Normally I do not particularly like Commercialized and Socially Constructed days, like Mother's day, Father's day or any of those other days. It feels like you are pressured into doing something, because otherwise you don't appreciate your mother / father / girl / boyfriend. It is not like everyday should be a day in which we appreciate each other, the world around us and the beauty of life in general.

Today was special though, not because some card company decided to make the 14th of February a special day to increase sales, but because it was just one of those happy days, in which the world is just wonderful.

It was a day full of highlights, of which most are impossible to photograph, however, I was able to capture one of them. A flashmob, in which I was mysteriously taken to by one of the partakers, in a book store by a wonderful A Capella group. Every once in a while you need some mystery in your day, to make life even more special and if that requires a commercialized day, than so be it.

Maybe I like Valentine's day after all.
