You really need your sunglasses on when I’m running with Mr M, it’s hard to miss us!
Very pleased with our 10K this morning. First time we’ve done that for a long while.

We slightly strayed across the border of NPT/Swansea along the canal to get 10K in, having gone from home. We’re in a local lockdown, so technically we were breaking the law. It doesn’t trouble my conscience. It’s not exactly Scotland to London with a positive Covid test, is it?!
We’ve cancelled all our October trips and plans to see friends, so we are generally obeying the rules!
