Year of the Snake

Each shop received a blessing from this dragon, whilst drums banged on and this guy fanned the dragon......each shop keeper was given a red envelope for the dragon to touch......

My ignorance knows no bounds! I could have did some research I suppose and found out more about it......maybe I will now!
