Cisco

I've been caring for Cisco for several days while my friends are in Mexico. Shortly after I arrived, Cisco became ill. After a trip to the vet and lab work, evidence is pointing to a failing liver. Cisco will undergo more testing next week to confirm the diagnosis. I can't help feeling sad. Cisco has been in my life for 8 years. I know whe all have an expiration date, it just never gets easier.
