Bed time reading

Strangely for me, bed time reading is something I mainly do in the morning, with a cup of tea by my side. This habit started as I used to wake up with terrible anxiety, and I found that reading was a good way of dissapaiting it. I usually have two books on the go, one 'heavy' book, sometimes a novel, but presently this book by John Berger. The other one, although thicker, is the lighter tome, in this case stories about The Beatles; an easy read.
