Joining in with the fungi fiesta

For today, see yesterday. Pretty much the same. Not as wet as I think the rest of the country judging by the Rain Alert app. Most of you up the western side of the country will have had a real dousing.

It was better later in the afternoon when we walked out towards Caring Lane and the Tudor Park golf course. It was where the footpath crossed onto the course that we spotted today’s blip. You know what it is. A fine example. (Although it does have the look of a covid virus about it)

Saturday night tradition awaits. Getting dressed up, drinks and nibbles, special meal, ice cream, whisky, coffee, chocolate.... Not too much for me as I’m on duty at Wittersham Road tomorrow.
