Sausage surprise

It's hard getting used to not feeding 4 adults.  We have so much in the cupboard and freezer, that we resolved not to do a big shop this week, but try and use up what we've got.

Martin has done a great job of cooking this Jamie Oliver sausage and mash (leek and apple) pie with stuff we had already.  However he needs to remember that there are only two of us - as this will likely feed us all week!
