Farnhill to Skipton

It was raining. In fact it was raining a lot but when we’d planned the weekend the plan for today was to walk a long the canal to Skipton. So we did and got very wet.

As you can see the cows were sheltering under a tree. The extra is the red leaves fallen from the trees.

We had some duck food with us and we stopped to feed the ducks and geese.

We had lunch in Skipton and then wandered back. We saw a kingfisher. Always good to see.

Having changed as all of our clothes were wet we bought some beer from the local brewery and then the ingredients for a curry. Both were yummy.

We are meeting someone very special tomorrow.
