Sydney or Bust 9

I am walking to Sydney from my home in Blackheath, a distance of 112 kilometres. While many might well disagree, I insist that I am not completely bonkers. I am taking the journey in bite sized chunks of three hours or so, documenting what I see. Yesterday's stage took me from St Marys to Blacktown which is nominally a mere 34 kilometres from the Sydney GPO.

Western Sydney is riddled with criss crossing high voltage wires. At one stage the concentration of towers and cables looked as if it had sprung from the pages of HG WELLS ... so ugly I thought it was beautiful.
