Well after yesterdays awful day I am a little better today, Very painfull abdominal muscles and joints with blurry tired feeling eyes. I have managed to hold down my dinner today so I must be recovering. Not much tonight sorry I just can't put my all in tonight may take a few days. Thank you all for your good wishes and get wells. This old Rooster never crowed,its a weather vein my Dad made for Marie and I as a Wedding present. I will have to get it going again and put it up in the garden where it can take pride of place
