Blue Crabs

Sydney Day 3. We must have walked miles today - first stop was the fish market to see all the different fish available. These blue crabs are particularly colourful. The place was heaving with oriental people downing plates full of raw fish - I guess this is what Japan will be like.

Next stop was the ferry over to Manly. Manly is much more chilled than Sydney. We had lunch in a nice bar while we watched the surfer dudes.

On our return to the big city we took a tour of The Rocks. This is an old part of town beneath the bridge, on the rocks. Apparently, they were going to flatten the area in the 1970's and build lots of high rise buildings. Glad they changed their minds as its very quaint.
