Better than expected

The weather that is. The forecast had said that we were in for a wet weekend but there was blue sky when I got up and the bedding that was put out this morning dried and was ironed this afternoon. In between there was a walk in the sunshine for Bailey before I got on with marking and planning and a couple of other things on the list and he wandered in and out of the garden. He's had two more walks since his first and I've done some reading once the work was done. He's now snoring and I'm re-watching the first part of The Murder on the Orient Express.
