Freezer Essentials

Rhubarb, more rhubarb and a little bit more rhubarb added to my new freezer today thanks to my friend’s flourishing rhubarb plant.

It rained all day today so was the perfect day for an autumn ‘spring’ clean. Rearranged my home office, filled two bags for charity donations and many cardboard boxes into recycling. So lucky to have the help of a great friend.

Cooked a roast beef dinner which we deserved after all our hard work!
