Storm Alex

Deb and I, along with Deb's brother, hired mountain bikes yesterday and cycled over Askham Fell. 

Today, my Plantar Fasciitis has returned.

It rained hard all day, fortunately I stayed in, recuperated and didn't have to go far to get a blip.

Apparently, over the whole country, it was Britain’s wettest day on record.
